How do I print out the label from the Back of Truck System (BOTS/TruckSiS) serial number?

The serial number of the Back of Truck System is necessary when support is trying to troubleshoot your system. Having this printed out in advance will be help us help you.

Issue

It has been difficult for drivers to know what their unit's serial number is. We developed a way for that information to be printed out using the label maker and adhered to the TruckSiS unit.

Resolution

Go to "Help and Support"
Click on "System Diagnostics"
Run the test for the label printer
The label that prints out has the serial number of the machine
Driver should place the label on the TruckSiS unit where the driver can easily see it
