My Back of Store System is Turned On, But Nothing is on the Screen

My BOSS will not wake up and just shows a black screen even though it's turned on.

Make sure the video cable supplied with the Touch LED LCD Monitor is tightly secured to the video output port on the back of the computer. If not, tightly secure it.

If that does not work, please unplug the device and plug it back in. 

If after following these steps the BOSS is still not fully functioning properly, please contact Smarter Sorting support.
