My Classification Says Corrections Needed, What Do I Do?

Sometimes there can be additional questions that arise when we are classifying your products. This will help you to understand some common items that can cause corrections to be needed.

Corrections needed is the status placed on an item when we need more information or have questions for the supplier. We are unable to classify the item with current information.

Some common issues to check for are as follows:
1. Did you enter all of the required components for the item?
2. Did you provide ingredient concentrations or did you enter 0-100 for all ingredients?
3. Did you provide battery information for the battery and ensure the watt hours or lithium content match the documents provided?
4. Do all of the components have the same product names?
5. Did you include all regulated components within the UPC - all formulated, powered, or battery products?
