Troubleshooting Issues with the Barcode Scan Gun on My Back of Store System
My scan gun isn't working like it used to. This article will help walk you through resetting your scan gun.
My scan gun will not scan and stopped beeping, how can I make it work again?
To reset the barcode scan gun, place the scan gun in its cradle so it is charging. Hold the trigger while in the cradle for 20-30 seconds until the barcode scanner reboots.
You will need to use the SUPPORT ONLY Scan Gun Reset Barcodes provided with your cart to reconfigure the scan gun to your system.
