What does it mean if your account is suspended?
What does it mean if your account is suspended?
An account could be suspended if it is on the older billing model, and is behind payment to Smarter Sorting. Once an account is suspended, all products that have been added into Smarter Sorting will no longer be visible to Retailers that are assigned to them. The Smarter Sorting team will also reach out to Retailers and inform them a Suppliers UPCs are no longer available.
How do I know if my account has been suspended?
Suppliers will have received emails and calls from our Customer Success and Billing team in attempting to reconcile payment. If no reconciliation has occurred, Smarter Sorting will move the offending account to “due to suspend”. This means the account will be suspended in 30 days. If no action is taken within those 30 days, that account will be suspended and result in Retailers no longer being able to see the Suppliers products.
How to remove suspension from an account?
In order to get suspension removed from an account they must reconcile their debt with Smarter Sorting. To do so, please reach out to the Customer Support team to get started with this process.
